Senior BBQ – Friday, Oct 3rd @ 1pm
Dear Parent Volunteers,
Thank you all very much for your generosity and support in helping to pull together the Senior BBQ. Due to your overwhelming response we are covered on all bases except one last thing…
We need last minute donations for prizes… We are in need of more prizes for raffles. I will be running around to purchase items at the last minute if you can make a donation of $5 or $10 but I do need to know if you can make a donation before I make any more purchases. Call me this evening if you would like to make a donation!!!
If you are dropping a salad… Please have it to the school before noon. Noon is best because we have limited refrigeration space, but anytime is fine. Be sure your salad is in a disposable container. Do not mix the dressing, please have it in a separate disposable container. We will mix this in at the time we serve the food. We do not need serving spoons.
If you are coming to help… Bring your salad with you. You can put it in a disposable container or in your own bowl. If you bring it in a container you want back – be sure to take it with you when you leave. Set-up and decorating starts at noon. Serving at 1pm (after the senior picture on the turf) Clean-up at 2ish. Come when you can.
Thank you all very much. It’s going to be great! We hope to have a wonderful event for our deserving seniors.

PS… remember, everyone has to enter the school at the main doors. The BBQ will be held in the cafeteria.
